Biography

Eileen is a Search Lead for executive and programmatic roles, identifying and placing top-tier talent for nonprofits and foundations. Eileen also manages several fellowship programs that recruit and place 100+ graduate students in for-profit, nonprofit, and public-sector summer opportunities, helping to cultivate the next generation of sustainability professionals.

Prior to joining CEA, Eileen was a project manager for an environmental engineering firm and specialized in researching and documenting historic land use for due diligence and investigatory purposes. She also worked as a carbon offsets broker, assisting with the first trade of offset credits in the Bay Area. Before making a career switch to the environmental sector, Eileen spent four years in Hollywood creating sets and special effects for stage and television productions.

Eileen holds a BA in environmental studies from San Jose State University.
