- Research Associate
Jenny Moffett is a Research Associate in the Philanthropy Services Practice at CEA. She works across environmental issue areas including marine conservation, conservation markets initiatives, and technology and innovation, for clients including The David and Lucile Packard Foundation, The Patagonia Foundation, and The Nature Conservancy.
Prior to joining CEA, Jenny worked a fundraiser for The Nature Conservancy in Vermont. She’s also led trail crews for the Youth Conservation Corps in Yellowstone National Park, been a wilderness expedition leader for the Appalachian Mountain Club, and spent two years serving as an AmeriCorps Member doing environmental education at a raptor center and protected area stewardship for The Nature Conservancy.
Jenny holds a Bachelor’s of Arts, magna cum laude, in Environmental Studies with a focus in Conservation Biology from Middlebury College. While at Middlebury, Jenny studied water rights in the American West, the ecological impacts of dams, and creative environmental writing. She was also the president of the college outing club.
In her spare time, Jenny enjoys backpacking, trail running, and swimming in the Bay.
