Eva has over 15 years of experience advising clients on strategy and program design and implementation to effectively address social and environmental challenges. Her expertise spans organizational strategy and planning, grantmaking, monitoring and evaluation, and impact investment. At CEA, she has worked across ocean conservation, ocean investment strategies and blue finance, corporate climate action, and freshwater issues. Her past and ongoing clients include the Builders Vision, the Walton Family Foundation, the Sandler Foundation, the Alumbra Innovations Foundation, the Coca-Cola Foundation, and Drawdown Labs.
Prior to joining CEA, Eva led the Southeast Asia region at Water.org, where she played a key role shaping organizational strategy and global engagement. She was responsible for expanding the network of partner organizations and public-private partnerships to mobilize new sources of capital and financial instruments, scaling the impact for water and sanitation initiatives in the region. Previously, she worked at Emerging Markets Consulting, a consulting and investment advisory firm in the Mekong region, where she advised donor agencies, NGOs, and investors. She worked extensively with USAID, DAI, and the World Bank to develop strategies and programs for community investments, focusing on economic development and poverty reduction, water security, environmental sustainability, and advancing gender equality. Eva began her career working with Monitor Deloitte, based in London.
Eva holds a master’s degree in social policy and planning in developing countries and management of NGOs from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and bachelor’s degrees in international business management and economics from the University of Portsmouth and Antonio de Nebrija University.
