Biography

Anvi (she/her) is a Senior Associate in CEA’s Philanthropic Services practice. Anvi has extensive experience in working with foundations, multilateral organizations, nonprofits, and government agencies on evaluation and learning, strategy development, program design, landscape scans, and social network analyses. Her work has spanned several thematic areas, including water and food insecurity, climate justice, gender equity, and health equity.

Most recently, Anvi worked with Innovation Network, where she led and contributed to evaluation and learning for grassroots power building and advocacy efforts advancing health equity, racial equity, and economic justice across the U.S. Her previous experiences include working on a transboundary water management project at the International Center for Biosaline Agriculture in the United Arab Emirates and providing a wide range of services, including developing corporate social responsibility plans for foundations, at the Development Advisory Services at EY in India. Anvi considers values of equity and social justice core to her person and profession, and in all her experiences she strives to defer power to the most impacted individuals to drive the decisions that affect their lives.

Anvi received her Master of Public Administration in Development Practice from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, and a BS in economics from the University of Bristol (UK).
