Micah has more than 15 years of experience supporting clients including nonprofit organizations, foundations, and public and private institutions. His work spans organizational design, recruiting, operational and programmatic development, and overall project and strategic management.
Within CEA’s Recruiting and Organizational Design practice area, Micah has served as a project leader for a range of searches and services, from single level executive placements, to assisting rapidly growing organizations looking to quickly scale their team.
Micah is a skilled researcher, writer, communicator, and in general, has a knack for making sense out of complex problems and topics. He brings a balanced and thoughtful approach to finding pragmatic solutions to big problems, with an emphasis on and passion for serving those most impacted by the deleterious impacts of our changing climate.
Micah holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Baylor University, and an MBA from the University of Washington, St. Louis.
