Anvi Mridul

Anvi leads the firm’s monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) projects. Anvi has extensive experience in working with foundations, multilateral organizations, nonprofits, and government agencies on MEL, strategy development, program design, landscape scans, and social network analyses. At CEA, Anvi’s work has included designing and implementing MEL projects, conducting landscape analyses, advising on strategy and theory of change development, and facilitating learning to inform understanding of progress and strategic planning. Anvi has worked with clients including the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, the Oak Foundation, the Erol Foundation, the ClimateWorks Foundation, and the Ocean Resilience and Climate Alliance.

Prior to joining CEA, Anvi worked with Innovation Network, where she led and contributed to evaluation and learning for grassroots power building and advocacy efforts advancing health equity, racial equity, and economic justice across the U.S. Her work spanned several thematic areas, including water and food insecurity, climate justice, gender equity, and health equity. Anvi considers values of equity and social justice core to her person and profession, and in all her experiences she strives to defer power to the most impacted individuals to drive the decisions that affect their lives.
