Darcy joined CEA in 1998 and focuses on regulatory strategy, permitting, and communications for companies and organizations doing business in California.
She brings more than 12 years of experience representing clients before regulatory agencies and at other public meetings, as well as experience as
a writer, facilitator, and project manager to the CEA team.
Prior to joining CEA, Darcy worked for an environmental consulting firm where she guided companies in integrating and streamlining their environmental
management information systems and developing environmental performance indicators. Darcy also spent several years working with cities and counties to
evaluate proposed development within their jurisdictions, grant applications, and long-range planning, including updating general plans.
Darcy has a bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from Stanford University with a focus in Environmental Policy and was formerly the Vice Chair of the City of
Seaside Planning Commission.
In her free time, Darcy enjoys soccer, SCUBA diving, hiking, bicycling, and spending time with her family.
