CEA Staff

Jennifer joined CEA in 2005 and works on deal sourcing, evaluation, and execution for the Sea Change Investment Fund, as well as general programmatic strategy design for foundations. She has extensive experience in financial analysis of both early-stage ventures and well-established companies.

Prior to joining CEA, Jennifer worked at JPMorgan, specifically in natural resources investment banking. She focused on the chemical and oil and gas industries, helping clients complete corporate mergers and acquisitions and public debt/equity issuances. Jennifer also volunteered as a project coordinator with I Love A Clean San Diego, a nonprofit organization focused on coastal conservation and local watershed issues.

Jennifer has a bachelor’s degree in Political Economy and a minor in Business Administration from UC Berkeley.

In her free time, Jennifer loves to travel and to get out of the city on her bike.
