CEA Staff

Micah is a recruiting associate at CEA. He helps manage the recruiting process and is involved in each search from start to finish, ensuring all the pieces fit together.

Prior to joining CEA, Micah worked for Parker & Lynch, an Executive Recruiting Firm. At Parker & Lynch he was charged with the task of helping his clients find high level talent for their Accounting and Finance teams. Micah also has three years of retained search experience with a nation-wide firm located in Denver, Colorado.

Micah has a degree in Entrepreneurship with a minor in French from Baylor University.

In his spare time Micah enjoys surfing, rock climbing, and triathlons. By the end of the year he hopes to have built his first bike frame!
