CEA Staff

Aarthi is a research associate supporting CEA's work in sustainable business and conservation strategies. She provides strategic research for CEA's recruiting practice, helping to develop targeted outreach for each search. Aarthi also assists the non-profit Chemical Strategies Partnership (CSP).

Aarthi brings a strong technical background and advanced understanding of green building standards to the CEA team. Prior to joining CEA, Aarthi worked in marketing and operations at a start-up in San Francisco that provided an online platform and metrics for philanthropic and political giving. Before that, she worked as a mapping and database intern in New Haven’s City Planning and Traffic and Parking departments. During her time at the City of New Haven, she developed a map of economic development in the city and created new data layers for the city’s switch to a GIS-based project management system.

Aarthi has a bachelor’s degree in International Relations (summa cum laude) from Tufts University with a focus on environmental studies and South Asia. She recently earned LEED professional accreditation.

As a recent transplant to California, Aarthi enjoys exploring the city in her spare time, dancing, cooking, and walking her neighbor's dog.
