Blair brings a background in technology, sales, and marketing to his work as an executive search consultant. He has placed individuals at all levels: staff, Directors, Vice Presidents of Sales, Vice Presidents of Marketing, and Presidents.

His client companies range from newly funded venture start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations, including: SolFocus, ClimateWorks, TRUSTe, Whagaa, PARC, Mattson Technology, and Jamcracker.

In addition to using traditional recruiting methods, Blair has developed and implemented internet recruitment campaigns for clients seeking unique and hard-to-find executives. He has also run and trained human capital research firms. Blair brings over 12 years of experience to his position as Head of Technical Recruiting.

Blair has a Liberal Arts degree from San Jose State University.

Blair's free time is spent between dabbling in triathlon's, boogie boarding with his daughters, and perfecting pasta sauces.
