Olivia Mahony is an Associate primarily supporting the Recruiting and Organizational Design Services practice at CEA. She works with clients focused on a range of environmental topics, including climate, energy, and conservation. Olivia has helped to identify top talent in a variety of organizations, as well as successfully placed hundreds of graduate students into the for-profit, nonprofit, and public sectors to act as energy problem solvers.
Prior to joining CEA, Olivia interned with Colorado U.S. Senator Mark Udall’s office, specifically with the Strategy and Outreach director to create and maintain relationships with constituents, as well as with the Colorado Coalition of Land Trusts, a coalition of 50 land trusts that have worked to protect almost two million acres of Colorado’s wildlife habitats, farms and ranches, and popular recreational areas and landscapes.
Olivia received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Phi Beta Kappa, high honors) and a minor in Social and Economic Justice from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
In her free time, Olivia spends a majority of her time outdoors, and enjoys creative endeavors and live performances of all kinds.
