ROBERT JUDD
Robert Judd is a Director of California Environmental Associates, guiding CEA's
efforts in medical waste management and hazardous materials assessments as well as
serving as a legislative liaison in Sacramento. He is also President of Cal-Tech
Management Associates, a Sacramento-based firm that specializes in regulatory
compliance and environmental management strategies for corporate clients.
Prior to founding Cal-Tech Management Associates in 1983, Mr. Judd served as a senior
advisor to the Governor of California and was responsible for the development and
implementation of numerous programs and regulations in hazardous chemical control,
waste management, and environmental protection. Mr. Judd has also served as a member
of the Board of Advisors for the Office of Technology Assessment of the U.S. Congress.
In recent years, Mr. Judd has provided strategic counsel and representation
in regulatory negotiations with state and federal enforcement agencies
for institutional and corporate clients. His clients include universities,
investment banking firms, major law firms, and new technology companies
as well as Fortune 500 corporations in the transportation, energy, and
chemical sectors. Mr. Judd holds a M.A. in Public Policy Economics and
a B.A. in Economics from Georgetown University.
