		Company Overview Staff Careers			MELISSA B. CLACK [melissa@ceaconsulting.com] Melissa B. Clack specializes in recruitment and staffing for both non-profit and for profit environmental organizations and businesses. Her efforts include the design and implementation of staffing strategies from single placement to building full teams. Some businesses and organizations she has worked with include: an organization which evaluates, designs, and implements biodiversity conservation projects domestically and internationally a private equity fund focused on companies that promote market access to seafood from sustainable sources an organization dedicated to reducing toxic chemical use in manufacturing through innovative supply chain approaches an international marine conservation program an association working as the primary partner to the National Park Service to fund and implement preservation projects and education programs within the Point Reyes National Seashore Prior to starting her own recruitment busines, Ms. Clack was a Senior Associate with California Environmental Associates where she helped clients develop, promote, and negotiate regulatory implementation and air emission compliance strategies. Ms. Clack also served as the Business and Finance Manager for CEA. In this capacity, she managed the overall business operations for the firm. In addition to her recruitment business, Ms. Clack has served as Board Chair for the Trust for Conservation Innovation (TCI) since 2002. TCI is a non-profit organization supporting environmental leaders seeking to transform public and private enterprises into sustainable operations.
