Jason Winship is a Senior Associate supporting work in environmental strategy and management consulting. Additionally, Mr. Winship serves as Managing Principal for Sea Change Management, LLC, managing the Sea Change Investment Fund, which seeks to make investments in progressive companies that promote access to seafood from environmentally-preferable sources.

Mr. Winship has experience in venture capital, corporate business development and investment banking. Prior to joining CEA, Mr. Winship was a Senior Associate with Westbury Equity Partners, a New York-based $150 million venture capital fund. In that capacity, he developed, assessed and executed early-stage private equity investments, and supported portfolio companies with strategic and financial analysis. Prior to his tenure with Westbury, Mr. Winship was an international business development manager with AT&T Wireless Services. In that role, he was charged with finding and executing opportunities for AT&T Wireless’ international expansion, as well as integrating those acquisitions with existing AT&T Wireless operations. Before joining AT&T Wireless, Mr. Winship was an investment banking analyst with Lehman Brothers. While at Lehman, Mr. Winship participated in a wide range of corporate financing and mergers and acquisitions transactions.

Mr. Winship holds a B.A. in Political Science from Rice University, with a focus on International Relations.
